The Enterprise Management Group's research focus relates to the risk-based financial planning and control of manufacturing enterprises. The Group's research activities are based upon a stochastic control theoretical methodology. This cybernetic management framework is generic and therefore applicable in different management domains (e.g. financial management, cost management, profit management, risk management, performance management, supply chain management and human resource management). The Enterprise Management Group has three research fields: Financial Enterprise Management, Enterprise Risk Management and IT-Based Enterprise Management
